Cancellation Policy
1. **Membership and Subscription Cancellation:** Customers are solely responsible for canceling their membership or subscription services prior to the scheduled payment date. This applies particularly to trial periods and recurring payments. Failure to cancel the membership or subscription before the payment due date will result in the automatic renewal of the membership or subscription for the next billing cycle.
2. **Refunds:** Refunds are not issued for payments made after the scheduled payment date, including trial periods or recurring payments. Once a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable, regardless of whether the customer actively uses the services during the billing cycle.
3. **Cancellation Procedure:** To cancel a membership or subscription, customers must log into their main account (not community) and access their profile icon. From there, they should navigate to the "Settings" section and then to "Billing Info." Within the billing settings, customers will find the option to cancel their membership or subscription. Alternatively, customers can contact a company representative for assistance with the cancellation process.
4. **Effect of Cancellation:** Upon cancellation of the membership or subscription, the customer will continue to have access to the services until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be incurred after the cancellation date.
5. **Modification of Terms:** Armogan Consulting & Training LLC reserves the right to modify or amend this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes to the cancellation policy will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
By using our services you agree to these Terms of Service, the customer acknowledges and accepts their responsibility to cancel their membership or subscription services before the scheduled payment date to avoid automatic renewal and understands that refunds are not issued after the fact.
